Directors or lawful representative of a juristic person using our services, professional consultants including directors, investors, and shareholders of the Company and their lawful representatives and any person involved in transactions and/or business operations with us or our customers.

1. Data collection

The term “personal data” means any information relating to you as an individual, whether true or false, whether recorded in hard copy or not, which the information relating to an individual’s identity that can be used to identify the person directly or reasonably or when combined with other information the Company has had or may have accessed to Personal data (such information includes your name, IP address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, gender, credit card details, beauty information, photo, personal photo, device ID, model or operating system. However, you may still access to the platform without providing your personal data.

1.1 Collection of personal data

We may collect your personal information including but not limited to, when you provide personal information that identifies yourself. Please note that we do not intend to collect or use information about race, religion, blood group or any other sensitive information even if such information appears on your identification card, house registration or any other voluntarily disclosed to us.

Basically, we will use the information to register and to create an account on our website, download or access the application, consent to the application, access your country or region location, apply for membership or create an account with the membership/ loyalty program or access your membership information through the website, participate in promotional activities or features other sites, request information on products or services, or request marketing communications, promotion or other types of communication rate and review the products as a customer, buy products through the store or our website inquire or comment through our Customer Service Department at customer.s@eveandboy.com and/or communicate with us or our salesperson this includes in-store via sign-in.

If you do not provide such personal information, we will not be able to issue you a full tax invoice. However, you will receive an abbreviated tax invoice from us every time you purchase goods and services.

2.3 For clarity you acknowledge and agree that we share anonymous information including but not limited to the following situations:

3. Privacy policy for the use of CCTV (CCTV)

We will collect motion pictures or still images which can be and may include your voice your property when entering any area of ours through CCTV system and equipment, we will install CCTV at key points within the premises. our buildings and areas, with the exception of some areas such as changing rooms, toilets and shower rooms. The CCTV will be activated 24 hours. However, we will place signs as appropriate in places where CCTV is being used to keep you informed.

3.1 We will keep personal information related to you in a closed-circuit television system (CCTV) confidentially. However, we may collect, use, disclose, transfer and perform any act including without limitation recording, holding, modifying, altering, destroying, deleting, recovering, merging, copying, transmitting, storing, extracting, updating or adding to CCTV data and other personal information related to you for "the purpose of installing CCTV " as follows

  • to protect life, body, safety and personal hygiene. and/or your personal property
  • to protect buildings, premises, personnel, employees and visitors including all assets and our information located or stored in that location from damage, disruption, destruction and other crimes
  • to support dispute resolution investigation during the disciplinary process or the grievance process to be effective

3.2 We will process your personal data in accordance with the purposes in Clause 3.1 on a legal basis in the following cases:

3.3.1 We will keep personal information related to you in a closed circuit surveillance system (CCTV) confidentially. and will disclose or transfer such personal information only to the subsidiary, our affiliates, other third parties that will be carefully selected now or in the future licensee joint venture partners and/or service providers (which may be located abroad) to achieve the CCTV monitoring objectives set forth in this policy.

3.3.2 Third parties to which we may disclose information from the CCTV system and other personal information. related to you. This includes disclosures to our affiliates (as part of our legitimate interests and the interests of our affiliates in order to achieve audit objectives of CCTV

3.4 Sending or transferring your personal data abroad We may disclose or transfer your personal information from a CCTV system (as part of the necessary health and safety procedures) to a third party service provider located outside Thailand and such disclosure or transfer will only be done with your consent or has other legal grounds that compel them to act as permitted by law (e.g. to perform the provisions of a contract between us and others for your benefit) where such destination country may or may not have standards for personal data protection similar to Thailand. Please be assured that the transfer of your personal data has been done in accordance with the data protection laws before proceeding with the transfer of that personal data.

3.5 Security measures

3.5.1 We will provide a technical system and management of appropriate security measures to protect information from CCTV systems and personal information related to you from destruction, loss, access, use, alteration. or disclosure unintentionally, illegally, or without permission

3.5.2 We will review and update the security measures from time to time as necessary or when the relevant technology is developed to ensure effective and appropriate security measures. It complies with the minimum legal requirements as set forth by the relevant government agency.

3.6 Period for collecting your personal information

We will keep your personal information that we have obtained from the CCTV system in our system for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of CCTV monitoring. If we are no longer permitted by applicable law to store your personal information from a CCTV system, we will delete those information from the system and recording accordingly. However, we may collect your personal information from CCTV for longer periods of time, for example until the end of legal proceedings or there is a law requiring longer retention periods or there is some CCTV information that must be preserved for the execution of certain events or to respond to a claim from any person to exercise their legal rights

4. Third Party Service Providers

We may work with selected third-party service providers and their affiliates for the following reasons

  • to facilitate our services
  • to provide services on behalf of us
  • to perform service-related services or to help us analyze how we use our services

6. Period of retention of personal information

We will retain your personal data during the time you are our customer and when you terminate your relationship with us, we will collect your personal data for a reasonable period of time and it is necessary for each type of personal data and the purposes specified by the Personal Data Protection Act.

We will keep your personal information according to the age limit or a period of time specified by relevant laws (such as financial institutions business laws Anti-Money Laundering Laws, Laws on the Prevention and Suppression of Terrorism Financing and the Explosion of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Accounting law, Tax laws, Labor laws and other laws that the Company must comply with both in Thailand and abroad. In addition, we may be required to keep records of closed-circuit television cameras at our offices and/or record service calls through the Call Center to prevent fraud and security and to investigate suspicious transactions that you or related parties may report to us

7. Protection and management of your personal information

We will take reasonable measures to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and secure. We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent illegal destruction of information accidental loss or destruction, unauthorized disclosure or access to information or other illegal activities. We will not rent, exchange, distribute or sell any personal information that you provide to us to third parties unless with your prior consent or required by applicable law. We will provide reasonable security arrangements to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected and secured. In this regard, Eve and Boy will maintain your personal information throughout the period of your use and will delete your unnecessary personal data from the system as soon as it deems appropriate and will honestly maintain personal data in accordance with international standards and as required by law.

8. Log storage and follow up on important events
